Candidates should possess strong design skills, strong graphic ability with 3D modeling rendering experience, and the ability to work from Schematic Design through the Construction Document phase. Revit proficiency is required.\n\nWhat We Look For\n\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university\n\n3 to 5 years of experience\n\nExperience with multi-family and mixed-used projects a plu\n\nProficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software\n\nRevit experience is required\n\nOn track to pursue NCARB AXP & Licensure\n\nExcellent communication, written, and presentation skills\n\nAble to work well in a collaborative office environment\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and interact effectively with others in the workplace\n\nBenefits\nWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, supplementary insurance, flexible spending accounts, and 401k with company contribution.
