That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.\n\nOur culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.\n\nWe're looking for people who:\n\nAre curious and excited about technology\nLike solving problems and figuring things out\nCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a team\nWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselves\n\nIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nManage, oversee, and execute all manual and automated testing efforts, including functional, regression, security, and performance testing, providing status to the Government Test Manager\nDesign, develop, and maintain a suite of robust and reusable automated test scripts for functional, regression, API, and database testing\nCreate and maintain detailed, step-by-step manual test cases in the government-approved test management tool\nManage the full defect lifecycle, including clear documentation in the government-approved tracking system, direct collaboration with developers to troubleshoot, and verification of all bug fixes\nSupport all Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities by providing testing evidence, reports, and other related artifacts upon request\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related field\nGreat communication and organizational skills\nExperience with Jira and Zephyr\nFive (5) years of prior experience in a similar role\nDoD 8570 Level II/III certification\nActive Security Clearance Required\n\nRequirements (Desired):\n\nExperience with Cypress\n\nIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
