Work Location: Town of Gilbert Shift: Overnight Park Specialist (Custodian), Tue-Sat, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (40 hours weekly) Pay Rate: $19.00 Duties: General Janitorial and Custodian duties daily. You must pay attention to detail and enjoy cleaning. Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Restroom Cleaning, Stairs, Elevators, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc. Special Requirements: Must have or be able to obtain an AZ Driver's License Must be between the ages of 23 and 72 years old Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be able to pass background checks Must pass an E-Verify Must be reliable and punctual Must have reliable transportation Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Referral program
