Our innovative approach requires overcoming significant technical challenges, making this an exciting and dynamic environment for experienced engineers.\n\nJob Overview\nWe are seeking an Inventory Control Process Manager who wants to make a daily contribution and to support growth and expansion of rapidly growing company. Candidate will have experience in implementing structure, enhancing an ERP system, implementation of processes and metrics. Must have high organizational skills as well as leadership capabilities.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nResponsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory.\n\nManages cycle counting process.\n\nManages inventory levels for Min/Max, VMI and exception reporting.\n\nControl slotting process.\n\nAnalyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.\n\nMonitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future inventory/Whse needs.\n\nCreates reports and maintains critical KPI dashboards\n\nResolves transfer, adjustments, RMA, traceability issues with the Inventory team.\n\nRoot Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) for all inventory issues.\n\nResolves item attribute issues.\n\nSupports audits.\n\nQualifications\n\n3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role within a distribution center environment.\n\nKey Skills: Strong organization, computer literacy, basic math, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAuditing & Reconciling: Design cycle-counting schedules, perform physical inventory counts, and resolve data discrepancies between software systems and warehouse stock.\n\nProcess Optimization: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in managing inventory levels and optimizing operational efficiency.\n\nData & Systems Management: Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management software (WMS) to analyze stock flow, generate performance reports, and track metrics.\n\nTeam Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor inventory specialists or warehouse clerks to maintain high accuracy and safety standards.\n\nStrong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics operations.\n\nStrong attention to detail, problem solving and data analytics and proactive critical thinking\n\nStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.\n\nOddo ERP experience a plus.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary\n\nACS Equity Package\n\nHealth, Dental, Vision Insurance\n\nPaid Time Off\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nStanding or walking for 75% or more of their shift\n\nAbility to lift 50lbs.\n\nNavigating industrial environments.\n\nVisual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports.\n\nOccasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies.\n\nAllen Control Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
