Daycare Teacher
Job Overview:
We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Daycare Teacher. In this position, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include fostering children's development, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring a positive learning experience for all.
Duties:
Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
Provide attentive care and supervision to children throughout the day.
Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior.
Monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's day.
Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive curriculum and learning environment.
Transport children from school to the facility.
Experience:
Previous experience working in a daycare setting is required.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
Familiarity with infant care practices and behavior management strategies.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
Experience in childcare, or related fields is a plus.
Must be willing to drive a passenger van to transport children from school to the daycare facility.
Must have a valid Driver’s License
