We are looking for a full-time Process Planner.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nResponsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes in the manufacturing plant.\nDevelops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.\nCollaborate with design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.\nEstimates production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions.\nWork with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.\nUses computer to make job process routings.\nPrepares price quotations for machining based on knowledge of material, labor costs and manufacturing processes.\nCommunicate with Customers, machinists, inspectors, engineers, sales and quality personnel to disposition defective material.
