The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis).\n\nThis position is located in our Fairfax, VA office with work performed at client site in Arlington, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.\n\nYour future duties and responsibilities\n\nApply Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization\nFacilitate workshops to collect business requirements and customer pain points\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance the client's operational efficiency and effectiveness.\nAssist in the creation of low-fidelity prototypes or mock-ups to test proposed solutions and gather stakeholder feedback.\nAssist in developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure the new processes are effectively integrated into the organization.\nAssist in developing and monitoring KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the new process and make adjustments as necessary.\nPrepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.\nMaintain accurate documentation of process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project documentation\n\nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role\n\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field\nStrong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principals, methodologies, and tools (ex: DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis)\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems\nProficiency in process modeling methods and tools (ex: Visio, BPMN)\nExperience with data analysis tools (ex: SQL, Power BI)\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\nCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.
