CNC Swiss Lathe Programmer

5 years proven experience as Swiss style lathe programmer/operator required. Trade school, apprenticeship, or degree in related field a plus. Ability to read and edit code at controller (speed, feeds, spindle direction, etc.) Knowledge of basic machine cutting tools Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM Mechanical aptitude and good math skills Good communication abilities Attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must possess open availability and be able to work overtime as needed. Ability to work well with a team and have the desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
