The Saga  - Chef Enrique Limardo's culminating restaurant showcasing evolved Spanish-influenced cuisine with top-tier hospitality, featuring an open kitchen concept designed by award-winning OOAK designers. Prep Cook We are looking for organized, detail-oriented team members who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and preparation while supporting daily kitchen operations.RESPONSABILITIES: • Daily prep production and mise en place• Following recipes and preparation standards• Supporting multiple kitchen stations• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards• Assisting with receiving, storage, and production needs• Supporting service preparation and kitchen readinessQUALIFICATIONS: • Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred• Experience in upscale restaurants or hotels is a plus• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitudeBENEFITS: • Sick days• 5 days PTO after 12 months of employment• Company contribution covering 50% of health insurance after 6 months of employment• 25% discount across company restaurants More detail about The Saga part of Seven Reasons Group, please visit
