Making data-based decisions at every level.\nEmpowering and engaging operators.\nSetting vision and establishing objectives for the department.\nRecommends changes in methods or procedures to higher level management and implements approved changes\nInspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance\nPlan routes and meet delivery schedules.\nCollect and verify delivery instructions\nReport defects, accidents or violations\nPrepares production reports, transfer of material reports, malfunctioning equipment reports, and all other MRP and labor hour reports as required\nAssist in the investigation, reporting and initiation of corrective actions for accidents, job related injuries employee discrepancies\nProficient Verbal and Written English Communication Skills\nServe as back-up driver and equipment operator as needed.\nShift/Schedule:\nHome Daily\nMonday-Friday\nWork week is 50-60 hours.\nQualifications:\nCDL-B\nEquipment operator experience preferred\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nCollege degree (preferred)\nMinimum of 2 years of supervisor/team lead/foreman.\nHas managed Drivers\nPay & Benefits:\nWho doesn't like to get paid weekly?
