Senior Construction Project Manager (San Antonio)

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Manager of Project Management for a top MedTech/CDMO client. This leader will oversee a team of Project Managers while owning the operational rigor and governance of a highly regulated project environment. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, a passion for coaching teams, and deep experience managing complex lab, infrastructure, and facilities initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project reliability, regulatory compliance, and clear communication with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.Day-to-Day:Provide leadership, guidance, and escalation supportEnsure strong operational controls and project governanceMaintain a consistent cadence of reliability and reportingOversee 1–2 key initiatives related to: Lab updates, Infrastructure and facilities improvements, and utilities and equipment upgradesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirementsDrive PMO standards, processes, and best practices across projectsMust-Haves:PMP CertificationBachelor's degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering preferred)8+ years of project management experienceCDMO / Contract Manufacturing experienceExperience working in regulated environments (FDA, hospitals, labs)Plusses:Experience reporting to executive leadership or boardsLab, facilities, or infrastructure project exposureExperience managing PMO frameworks and governanceMulti-site project oversight
