Specializing in site preparation, earthwork, drainage, and utilities, they have built a 20+ year track record delivering successful projects for leading developers, engineers, and general contractors.Known for their reliability and consistent project delivery, they offer a stable platform with a strong pipeline of work and long-term growth opportunities.Your new roleAs a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of civil construction projects from initial planning through to completion. This is a travel-based role, with your first assignment in the San Antonio area and future projects across the Gulf Coast as the business continues to expand.You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Working closely with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, project-focused, and flexible with travel, while working on a consistent pipeline of civil infrastructure work.What you'll need to succeedProven experience as a Project Manager within civil constructionStrong background in earthwork, utilities, drainage, or site developmentAbility to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resourcesExperience managing subcontractors and supplier contractsStrong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulationsAbility to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategiesProficiency with project management software and reporting toolsStrong leadership, communication, and team management skillsWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive salary up to $130,000, depending on experienceOpportunity to work on a diverse range of civil projects across the Gulf CoastLong-term career growth within a stable and expanding contractorExposure to high-profile infrastructure and site development workFull benefits package including healthcare, retirement, and bonus potential
