This role involves managing large-scale IT initiatives, coordinating multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, stakeholder management, and project governance.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & StrategyLead planning and execution of large IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiativesDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholdersEstablish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when requiredTeam & Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partnersFacilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadershipAssign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all project participantsExecution & DeliveryDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsTrack project performance using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactivelyGovernance & ReportingEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsPrepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholdersManage change control processes and document project decisions and outcomes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projectsStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferredPreferred Skills:Experience with ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or legacy system modernization.Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., SOC 2 audits)Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
