Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Jacksonville, FLContract: 3 Months Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience across various business segments.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls, emails, and requestsResolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 customer issues and escalate when neededVerify customer and account information accuratelyInvestigate and resolve customer concerns efficientlyMaintain logs, reports, and customer recordsTrack and follow up on customer issues to resolutionSupport billing inquiries and coordinate issue resolutionPerform order processing and track requests using spreadsheetsCommunicate with internal teams and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED1–2 years of customer service experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle high-volume requests in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with data entry and navigating multiple systems
