DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pediatrics/Internal Medicine team in Palestine, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across a diverse patient population, supporting both pediatric and adult patients in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a broad range of primary care needs and building strong long-term patient relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient clinic settingEvaluate and manage acute illnesses, chronic disease conditions, and preventive care needsConduct physical exams, wellness visits, and routine screeningsOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studiesDevelop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physiciansEducate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and overall wellnessMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMRCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure coordinated patient careQualificationsCurrent Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational certification (AANP, ANCC, PNCB, or NCCPA)Previous experience in pediatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, or primary care preferredStrong clinical judgment and ability to manage patients across varying age groupsExcellent communication and organizational skillsSchedule & CompensationFull-time scheduleCompetitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
