Partner with great people who can position you to do really cool modeling and problem solving!\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nWork closely with management to execute analytical initiatives.\r\nSolve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics and machine learning.\r\nCreate reports and dashboards to closely monitor performance metrics and provide insights.\r\nHow You'll Do It\r\nDevelop advanced analytics solutions including customer segmentation, optimization, test & design of experiments and prescriptive analytics to solve business problems. Operate as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application and financial impact analysis.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulated and completed end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations. Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.\r\nEstablish and maintain effective performance tracking; identify improvement opportunity, form hypothesis, propose, design and implement tests to drive strategy enhancement and optimization.\r\nManage multiple priorities, communicate business performance and project progress to management & business partners.\r\nDevelop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs. Facilitate implementation of work product and ensure accuracy.\r\nConsistently follow standard work processes and documentation requirements. Recommend improvement to work processes to increase efficiency while maintaining quality of work. Continuously improve technical and leadership skills through training and development.\r\nQualifications You'll Need\r\nThe Basics\r\nBachelors Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related field\r\n2+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related field\r\nBonus Points If You Have\r\nMasters Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field\r\nExperience and interest within the HR space\r\nExperience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related field\r\nAllied Global Marketing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
