Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Quality Manager:Lead food safety and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standardsOversee and implement SQF, GMP, and SOP programs across production and packaging operationsMonitor quality performance and partner with production leaders to drive continuous improvementLead internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure corrective actions are completedDevelop and train employees to build plant-wide quality awareness and accountabilityInvestigate and resolve quality issues while recommending process improvementsWhat You Need to Bring to the Quality Manager Role:5+ years of experience leading SQF or similar food safety programs (preferred)5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, including food production or packagingBachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferredStrong knowledge of regulatory standards (GFSI, SQF, GMPs, food safety requirements)Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment#NewCareerByDoherty#DohertyNewCareerReady to Apply?
