Must be able to perform all duties of an Electrical Tech B and complete electrical process for lift gates, install of ABS and testing, wiring up fan kits, installation of cameras and LCD monitors, as well as assemble and install nose boses.\r\nElectrical Tech B: Performs work in our offline area to include roof jig. Must be able to read prints, identify wires, route wires and harnesses to drawing, rung light check machine install spotlights and assist in general assembly.\r\n\r\nEssential Functions\r\n\r\nUse safety equipment as instructed. Follow safety regulations and company policies\r\nAbility to wire various parts of equipment\r\nAbility to troubleshoot electrical issues\r\nAbility to effectively communicate\r\nFollow written and verbal instructions to assemble units meeting company quality standards. Able to work in fast paced environment\r\nDetect and report faulty operations, materials and working conditions to supervisor\r\nMaintain work area, equipment, and tools in clean orderly condition\r\nPromote 5S concept of order and housekeeping\r\nPerform other duties and cross-train as required or assigned\r\n\r\nSkills Requirements\r\n\r\nUnderstanding of 12 volt DC\r\nKnowledge of 12V electric motors\r\nGood knowledge of hand tools\r\nAbility to read specifications/blue prints\r\nAbility to read and convert decimals and fractions\r\nFabrication of mounting plates for lights/brackets and consoles\r\nUnderstanding of batteries/battery switching systems\r\nAbility to read DC schematics\r\n\r\nPhysical Demands\r\n\r\nPhysical fitness to perform all functions of designated work areas.
