Our mission is to create a space where members feel supported, challenged, and excited to show up.As we prepare to open Alpha Fit Club Chalfont, we’re looking for a sales-minded, people-first Studio Manager to help launch the studio and build a strong founding member community.Role OverviewThe Studio Manager will play a key leadership role in bringing Alpha Fit Club Chalfont to life. Working closely with the studio owner, this person will help execute the pre-opening plan, drive membership growth, support daily operations, build and lead the team, and create the 5-star member experience that will define the studio.This is not just an operations role. We’re looking for someone who is excited to build, sell, lead, connect with the community, and take ownership of the studio’s success.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business GrowthDrive membership growth through presale, lead follow-up, referrals, renewals, and retail salesUse CRM tools to manage leads, track member interactions, and support conversion and retention effortsBuild relationships with prospective members and convert them into founding membersSupport strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and retention goalsLead local grassroots marketing efforts, including community events, tabling, pop-ups, and partnership opportunitiesManage studio social media content and community engagement to promote classes, events, offers, and member momentsCreate simple marketing and in-studio materials using Canva as neededOperations & Studio ManagementSupport pre-opening priorities, including launch planning, operational setup, member communication, and studio readinessOversee daily studio operations, including front desk workflows, scheduling, supplies, inventory, and overall studio organizationMaintain a clean, welcoming, high-energy environment that reflects Alpha Fit Club brand standardsMonitor key performance metrics, including leads, conversions, attendance, retention, and revenueCoordinate facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, vendors, and ongoing operational improvementsPartner with the studio owner to ensure studio policies, procedures, systems, and standards are executed consistentlyTeam Leadership & RecruitingHire, train, schedule, and support front desk/sales staffAssist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality coachesPartner with the Lead Coach and coaching team to align the workout experience, studio operations, and member experienceFoster a positive, accountable team culture rooted in energy, hospitality, community, and high standardsProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members perform at their bestLead by example with professionalism, reliability, enthusiasm, and ownershipMember Experience & RetentionCreate a welcoming, personalized, and high-touch experience for all members and guestsBuild strong relationships with members and help cultivate the Alpha Fit Club Chalfont communityHandle member feedback, questions, concerns, and conflict resolution professionallySupport member engagement through events, challenges, milestones, and community-building initiativesHelp ensure members feel seen, supported, and motivated to keep showing upQualifications & SkillsProven leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, sales, customer service, or studio operationsStrong sales instincts with the ability to build relationships, convert leads, and work toward revenue goalsComfortable using CRM platforms, gym management software, social media tools, and basic reporting systemsExcellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and follow-throughAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentExperience hiring, training, managing, or developing team members preferredPassion for fitness, hospitality, and building strong communitiesComfortable supporting local marketing, partnerships, content creation, and basic Canva/design needsMust be proactive, reliable, energetic, and excited to help build something from the ground upSchedule & AvailabilityThis is a full-time role requiring flexibility, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, events, and key studio launch periods as needed.Why Join Alpha Fit Club?Be part of launching a brand-new studio from day oneHelp build the founding member communityFree studio membership and fitness perksGrowth opportunities within an expanding brandHigh-energy, supportive, team-oriented environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on the local communityIdeal CandidateThe ideal Studio Manager is a natural connector, strong communicator, and motivated self-starter who loves sales, people, fitness, and community.
