The Commissioning Engineer is also required to ensure the installation are of high industry standards.\n\n \n\nThis role will also support the Operations and Facility team in customer fit-out works, planned maintenance and equipment replacement works.\n\n \n\nWorking with the Construction Development team from inception, due diligence, and Basis of Design (BOD) creation to successful close-out. The position provides hands-on technical exposure, coordination experience, and learning opportunities across multiple critical systems.\n\n \n\nKey responsibilities\nAssist in developing and implementing commissioning plans, test scripts,and schedules.\nParticipate in system inspections and pre-functional checks.\nSupport the setup and execution of functional performance testing.\nRegular reporting of site progress to the line manager.\nEnsure all equipment installedduring construction is tested in accordance with the commissioning specifications and meets MEP design specifications\nSupport the commissioning team on-site, ensuringcompliance with safety,quality, and operational standards\nInterface with construction, engineering, procurement, and client teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning and into operations\nEnsure transparency and communication of project delivery timeliness and that quality meets the Company’s design and commissioning standards\nEnsures best practices, continuous improvement, maximization of opportunities and risk management processes are put in place to safeguard the commercial interests of the company\nProvide commissioning schedule oversight during construction phases\nManage internal commissioning tracking tools\nAttend commissioning and project meetings\nActively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.\n\n \n\nThe successful candidate:\n\nMinimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)\n2-3 years+ of relevant professional and project delivery experiences in Indonesia\nBasic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and control systems\nWillingness to Travel as Needed\nWillingness to work on-site and during system testing periods (including off-hours when required)\nStrong teamwork and communication skills\nDetail-oriented and organized\nEagerness to learn in a fast-paced, technical environment\nAbility to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities\nStrong MS Excel, Words, Project and PowerPoint skills\nHave problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills\nFlexible, agile, and forward thinker who thrives on continuous change of direction Independent decision-maker who takes communicates their own owner ship and accountability Knowledge of financial aspects of contracting business and program build reporting.\nPassionate in helping to grow as a young company\n\n \n\nJoin us to shape the future of Digital Infrastructure in Asia.
