is ideal for someone who is *reliable, quick, customer-focused*, and interested in *long-term growth* with the company.\n\nThis position is *shift-lead focused*, with leadership responsibilities during assigned shifts.\n\n*Languages*\n\n* *English* – required (primary language for customer service)\n* *Mandarin* – preferred (for internal communication, training, and coordination with management)\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts\n* Deliver excellent customer service (primarily in English)\n* Manage front counter flow and lines during busy hours\n* Support and guide team members on shift\n* Communicate with management (Mandarin preferred) for:\n* Daily tasks\n* Training updates\n* Shift handoff and reporting\n* Basic opening and/or closing duties (as assigned)\n* Keep front area clean, organized, stocked, and presentable\n* Assist with packaging, order pickups, and coordination as needed\n* Use basic computer tools for shift-related tasks (Microsoft Office, reports, communication)\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Comfortable communicating with customers in English\n* Able to communicate in Mandarin for internal coordination (preferred)\n* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\n* Comfortable using computers and basic software (Microsoft Office, email, POS systems)\n* Previous experience in *bakery, café, restaurant, retail, or cashier roles* is a plus\n\n*Preferred Qualifications (Keywords)*\n\n* Shift Lead / Key Holder / Supervisor experience\n* Customer service experience\n* Conflict resolution and
