Commercial Sales Operations Specialist

TSC Americas has an opening for a Commercial Sales Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting sales operations and driving revenue growth facilitating conversion of TSCA BOM print position into revenue and market share. Key Responsibilities·      Partner with TSCA Regional Sales Managers to integrate annual U.S. customer contracts (pricing and volume) into TSC’s global sales channel management systems.·      Ownership for building and maintaining system alignment between US account design locations and global fulfillment locations.·      Proactively work with TSC global sales organization to monetize share of BOM print position.·      Work with TSC global sales operations team to integrate TSCA sales representative channel needs into channel management system design.·      Train sales representatives to improve visibility of BOM opportunities and increase revenue conversion.·      Facilitate deployment of sales POU tools to increase sales representative ownership of building and monetizing opportunity pipeline ·      Primary US based contract manufacturing sales support specialistEssential Skills·      Analytical & Critical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex problems while understanding the impact on greater goals.·      Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with diverse teams and present data.·      Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools, SQL, data visualization, and understanding of IT systems.·      Adaptability & Time Management: Handling multiple projects and changing requirements.·      Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives. ·      Initiative and Desire to Learn: Self-motivated to drive innovation, understand the complexities of our business, and grow professionally.Qualifications·      5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.·      Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, IT, or related field.·      Preferred experience in relevant industries (Semiconductors, Hi Tech, Wholesale Distribution).·      Certifications (like CBAP) can be beneficial. ·      Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of database management (SQL), visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and project management software. Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot, XLookup, etc.Compensation:·      Ranges between $75,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.TSC America is a global organization with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
