This role involves significant interaction with clients and stakeholders, requiring the chosen applicant to communicate effectively about complex and challenging issues. The Associate Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a portfolio of properties, collaborating with other AFI staff to ensure optimal asset performance, and communicating directly with property owners and other stakeholders regarding various items.This position comes with a base salary of $48,000 - $65,000/year.
