This role blends expert bartending with attentive table service, requiring a strong floor presence and a commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences.\nPay Rate: $12.62 per hour plus tips\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate a warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional, personalized service.\nPrepare and serve premium cocktails and beverages at the bar and to tables.\nDemonstrate detailed knowledge of food, bar menus, and beverage offerings.\nPresent menus, answer questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations.\nAnticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.\nCommunicate orders accurately to the kitchen and bar; coordinate food and beverage timing.\nClose guest checks accurately and process cash and credit card payments.\nMaintain cleanliness and assist with setup and breakdown of tables, bar, and service areas.\nHelp with other tasks as requested.\nQualifications:\n1-4 years bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume environment preferred.\nAbility to balance bartending and table service seamlessly.\nStrong communication, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.\nAvailable to work opening & closing shifts, holidays and long shifts if necessary. Must be available to work weekends and have flexible shift availability.\nMust be able to deal with guests in a professional manner, maintain a professional appearance and have a strong sense of urgency.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nServSafe and Basset certifications required.\nWE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
