(DEC), Corporate Development, Site Selection, Legal, Finance and Accounting, Capacity Planning, Sustainability, and external development partners\nCoordinate with DEC Planning & Development teams to ensure investment timelines align with capacity supply forecasts and site readiness milestones\nPartner with Finance and Accounting to track capital deployment against budget, manage forecasting cadences, support variance analysis, and ensure alignment on investment accounting treatment and reporting requirements\nWork with Legal to ensure contract execution, regulatory compliance milestones, and partner deliverables are tracked and met — coordinating closing checklists, condition precedent tracking, and ongoing covenant compliance\nCoordinate with Corporate Development on transaction
