You will have direct access to senior leadership, uncapped earnings tied to results, and the ability to shape how we go to market. We are not selling another SaaS tool. We are selling a new way to operate, and the right person will thrive here.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a disciplined, high-energy SDR to own top-of-funnel pipeline generation. Your focus is singular: identify, qualify, and book meetings with the right executives at the right companies.Our buyers are founders, CEOs, COOs, GPs, and Managing Partners at family offices, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and high-growth portfolio companies. You will be the first point of contact for many of them, and first impressions matter.This is not a role for someone who wants to spray and pray. We hold a high qualification bar, protect executive time, and measure success by the quality of meetings booked, not just the quantity.Strong research is at the core of how we prospect. You will use tools like PitchBook, Crunchbase, and Signal to build account intelligence, understand our buyers before reaching out, and tailor every touchpoint to the person and organization on the other end. Generic outreach does not work with our buyers. Thoughtful, well-researched outreach does.What You Will OwnExecute disciplined outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.Rapidly follow up on event and conference leads with urgency and precision.Research and map target accounts within our defined ICP.Qualify prospects to confirm decision-making authority and ICP fit before passing them forward.Book and confirm pre-qualified executive meetings for our CEO, Sr. Sales Leader, and COO.Maintain clean, complete CRM records with every touch logged and dispositioned.Collaborate with leadership to sharpen outreach messaging, targeting, and qualification standards.Continuously evaluate and adopt AI tools and emerging technologies that improve prospecting quality, research depth, and overall productivity.Ideal Candidate ProfileAt least 3 years in an outbound SDR or BDR role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or professional services.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting-setting quotas.Experience prospecting into C-suite, Managing Partner, or GP-level executives.Able to quickly learn and speak credibly about AI and its business applications.Familiarity with AI, high tech, consulting, or the investment and finance industry is a strong plus.Operates with discipline and consistency, day in and day out.Communicates crisply and confidently with senior executives.Professional, persistent, and resilient under rejection.Embraces accountability and transparency.
