SharePoint experience\n Primary responsibilities\nFacilitation and meeting preparation\nFacilitate meetings and ad-hoc working sessions: agendas, meeting control, action-item tracking, minutes, and stakeholder updates.\nSupport meetings that require stated objectives and actionable outcomes.\nAcquisition support\nSupport acquisition program-management consulting and analysis.\nAssist Program and Project Managers with procurement timelines, milestones, acquisition documentation, plans, and performance measures.\nHelp develop requirements documents (SOW, SOO, PWS) consistent with USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, FAR, and applicable policy.\nAssist with Market Research, Determinations of Findings, and Analysis of Alternatives (minimum of three capable vendors).\nAssist with IGCEs and lifecycle cost research and documentation as assigned.\nPortfolio analysis and reporting\nDevelop standard and ad-hoc briefings and reports: request information from SMEs, analyze and validate data, prepare presentation products, and perform QA so reporting is consistent for internal and external stakeholders.\nProvide program-level analysis and reporting on construction projects and facility/infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, repair, and operational costs.\nSupport reporting that improves processes, informs decisions, and gives senior management visibility into program performance.\nHelp develop, maintain, and improve the risk-management program for the construction project portfolio, including project risk registers, lessons-learned analysis at project completion, regular senior-management reporting, and technical review of project documents for consistent application of PMO risk strategy.\nPrepare external briefings such as Assistant Commissioner’s Monthly Report, AMO Monthly Project Update, USBP Monthly Project Update, bi-monthly AMO/USBP tag-ups (when requested), quarterly AMO and USBP meetings, and ad-hoc products.\nPrepare internal briefings such as bi-annual Program Management Reviews, monthly project reviews, weekly Execution Plan, and ad-hoc products.\nReal property management\nCoordinate and participate in real-property management activities.\nDevelop and update a monthly Real Property Management Report for program-asset tracking.\nTrack inventory, update real-property inventory, account for Government real-property assets and equipment in the property and financial system of record, and keep real-property documentation current.\nManage only real property and assets associated with Border Patrol and Air & Marine.\nMaintain the facilities portfolio in TRIRIGA (or successor): keep data current, review for accuracy and completeness, and update after Facility Condition Assessments, master plans, and new construction or improvement projects.\nAssist personnel across the organization with reporting, updating, or validating portfolio information.\nEnsure owned assets have a current replacement value and Facility Condition Index (FCI).\nTrack square footage and space use by type and provide space-use reports as needed.\nAssist in developing a portfolio-analysis database covering regional information, border distance/activity, facility operations and characteristics, energy and water data, capacity drivers, financials, and maintenance information.\nDevelop standard reports on a Government-defined frequency.\nTrack completion of TRIRIGA (or successor) real-property asset validation and record-cleanup activities.\nProject analysis support\nSupport projects from initiation through closeout.\nPerform project reporting, real-property reporting, and QA/QC of Project Requirements Documents (PRDs).\nManage data in project-reporting databases;
