Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Utilize your networking expertise, systems engineering background, and consultative skills to partner with our sales team throughout the entire customer journey—from understanding requirements and delivering compelling technical presentations and demos to conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations and overseeing complex software deployments.\nWhat you will do\nCollaborate closely with customers to understand their unique business needs and create, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions that align with their requirements.\nLead proof of concept evaluations to showcase the value of Clockwork's solutions within customer environments.\nProvide technical leadership during customer meetings, presentations, and workshops, addressing any technical queries or concerns that arise.\nWork closely with Clockwork's sales team to complete PoC evaluations and close deals.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.\nOffer valuable insights on product features, functionality, and performance, contributing to discussions about product strategy and architecture.\nStay abreast of the latest developments and trends in AI networking, Kubernetes, and cloud computing, sharing your thought leadership with customers and internal stakeholders.\nRepresent Clockwork at conferences and industry events, with occasional travel as required.\nExperience/skills you bring to the position\n5+ years in a solutions architect or engineering role, preferably within cloud or AI infrastructure domains.\nPrevious pre-sales experience, including POCs, with client stakeholders, including senior technical staff and management.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).\nStrong understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.\nFamiliarity with GPU infrastructure and related technologies.\nExtensive knowledge of networking protocols.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.\nA degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field.\nProficiency with Python, SQL, and Linux (Golang, C, C++, and Java are a plus).\nEnjoy\nChallenging projects.\nCompetitive compensation.\nA great benefits package.\nA friendly and inclusive workplace culture.\nCatered lunches.\nCompensation for this position will vary based on the skills and experience you bring, as well as internal equity considerations.
