Job Summary: Department: Main Emergency Total Hours Per Week: 36 Hours Key Responsibilities Patient Care Management: Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient conditions and communicating any changes as needed. Coordination of Care: Act as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in patient care, ensuring smooth and well-organized care processes. Medical Orders: Note and carry out orders from physicians and nursing staff to ensure proper treatment is provided. Discharge Planning: Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs in collaboration with other healthcare team members. Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS). dvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
