Learn more about it today.\n\nIn this role, you will...\n\nBe responsible for the success and timely completion of all assigned projects. This position manages each project item and activity, including but not limited to vendors; building specifications; legal documentation and inspections; internal reports, communication, and documentation.\n\nResponsibilities and Duties:\n\nManages 8-12 projects, plus various miscellaneous smaller projects (moves, adds, changes within open branches).\nSelects project architects and contractors and monitors their performance; ensures adherence to terms and conditions of agreements.\nPerforms preliminary site inspections for design and construction and performs site inspections for quality control during construction.\nDirects permitting and final occupancy processes for new branches; receives and stores Certificate of Occupancy.\nCommunicates with supervisor regarding construction timelines and concerns about construction progress.\nGenerates required project reports; creates and maintains project files; maintains projects lists and close out documentation.\nProcesses invoice applications and lien releases.\nRequests and reviews branch sign brand books and furniture quotes.\nOversees all furniture installations, re-keying of branches, and turnover of branches to IT team.\nInteracts with property managers, architects, inspectors, and contractors in regards to drawings, specifications, and submittals.\nInterfaces with general contractors and subcontractors and follows up as needed to maintain schedules.\nGuides department personnel in organizing work relating to specific assigned project deadlines.\nRecommends and executes cost savings plans whenever possible.\nPerforms facility maintenance requests and other duties as requested.\nMay perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of two (2) years of direct supervisory experience in construction.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience working with permitting and building inspection processes.\nAdvanced knowledge of construction and permitting policies, practices and products; working knowledge of structural construction activities required.\nValid driver’s license and clear driving record over the past seven (7) years.\nExcellent reading, writing, communication, analytical, and mathematical skills.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-up ability.\nMust be able to multitask, work with employees at all levels, and provide clear communication to internal and external customers or vendors.\nWorking knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TurboCAD or AutoCAD program.\nAbility to travel as required.\nComfortable in self-directed environment.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as zoning and construction drawings, bids, and leases.\nAbility to write coherent, succinct business letters and emails.\nKnowledge of construction awareness.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nAdditional trade or construction education.\n\nHours of Work:\n\nWork hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced.\n\nTo the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
