Projects are focused on design of product, manufacturing product, NPI, cost reduction and quality.\nResponsibilities:\nProgram Planning and Execution: Develop detailed program plans; managing resources and dependencies across products, platforms and regions, ensuring successful execution.\nTeam Leadership: Lead, motivate and mentor program and project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project goals are met.\nBudget Management: Monitor program and project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Advocate for additional funding when necessary.\nStakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including team members, senior leadership and executives.
