Position Highlights: 7 On / 7 Off Schedule - Predictable rotation with approximately 6-hour shifts per day. Low Burnout Risk - Spend less time on shift while still making a meaningful impact. Nurse Practitioner Support - Work with an experienced NP to assist with rounding . Inpatient Rounding Only - No additional clinic responsibilities.
