This role is seeking someone who can lead and oversee land development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in delivering land development design projects, an established network of municipal clients, and knowledge of established practices in regional clients' rotation lists, on-calls and pre-qualification pools in the Atlanta area. This role requires a seasoned civil engineering professional with expertise in site planning, infrastructure design, permitting, and project management. This position will entail the leadership of Land Development civil engineering staff and oversight of large/complex projects.
