Role Description This is a contractor hybrid position for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based west suburban, IL. The clinician will provide individual and, as needed, family counseling using evidence-based interventions to support clients with a wide range of mental and behavioral health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and coordinating care with internal and external providers. The role also involves collaborating with other professionals, participating in case consultations, and referring clients to community resources when appropriate. The clinician will help maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment and support the practice's standards of ethical and trauma-informed care. Qualifications * Strong clinical Social Work skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention. * Experience or training in Medical Social Work, including navigating healthcare systems and collaborating with medical providers. * Case Management abilities, such as care coordination, resource linkage, and advocacy for client needs. * Knowledge and experience in Mental Health, including mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and other common clinical presentations. * Background in Behavioral Health, including behavior change strategies, psychoeducation, and integrated care approaches. * Active independent clinical social work license (e.g., LCSW or equivalent) in the state of Illinois, in good standing. * Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with proficiency in electronic health records. * Ability to work with diverse populations using culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and ethically grounded practices. * Willingness to participate in supervision or consultation, continuing education, and quality improvement activities.
