Assistant Integrated Marketing Communications Manager - Baskin Robbins

The Assistant Manager of Integrated Marketing will play an integral role in the in-store marketing of both Baskin-Robbins products and the BR brand. This role is directly responsible for assisting with the creative development of the BR shop look and feel through point of purchase (POP) and merchandising materials. The individual in this role must be creative, strategic, and resourceful, with a keen eye for detail.ResponsibilitiesSupport the creative development and production of national POP and merchandising that is on strategy and consistent with brand positioningManage the development of quarterly POP planograms for each marketing window that are accurate and easy-to-follow for shop crewsLead the creative development and production of point of purchase materials for test programsResponsible for continued development and maintenance of the online image library to ensure that it remains comprehensive and currentManage the creative development of product packagingManage the BR Pandora Radio partnership and content developmentOversee POP inventory management to eliminate unnecessary storage and costsOversee BR Marketing Central site contentOversee Gift Card creative developmentWork cross-functionally within the organization to deliver fully integrated programsDrive projects to deliver on budget and on timeManage projects and multiple deliverables under tight deadlinesWork with vendors to ensure delivery of quality materials that are to specifications and within budgetManage program budgets and forecastsEducation QualificationRequired Minimum: Bachelor’s degreeExperience Qualification1-4 years of marketing and/or communicationsDemonstrated experience with project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience supporting or leading the implementation of marketing programsDemonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple stakeholdersRequired Knowledge, Skills Or AbilitiesAbility to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervisionStrong interpersonal skillsSalary: $57,987 - 96,646 per yearThe salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
