This position involves general cleaning, restroom care, waste handling, grounds maintenance, and basic facility support.\nResponsibilities\nGeneral cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas\nFloor care: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing\nRestroom upkeep and restocking supplies\nWaste disposal including occasional bulky items\nGroundskeeping: grass cutting, trimming, vegetation control\nMinor facility supports such as replacing bulbs and reporting issues\nEquipment operation: vacuums, floor machines, pressure washers, brush cutters\nStore pick-ups and transport of supplies\nSafety compliance and proper PPE use\nAnd Other Tasks\nPlease note that the job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
