You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and People leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, deliver executive insights, and ensure alignment to business priorities. You will establish governance, planning cadence, and performance frameworks while enabling data-driven decision-making and sustained organizational impact.\nResponsibilities:\nLead strategic program management by establishing standards, templates, governance, and processes.\nSupport performance management frameworks by defining and tracking OKRs, KPIs, and progress metrics.\nDeliver executive insights through data analysis, reporting, and clear strategic narratives.\nEstablish and manage the People Team operating calendar to drive planning, alignment, and visibility.\nDrive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements across the People function.\nDefine program goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.\nDevelop executive-level materials for business reviews, board meetings, and leadership forums.\nSupport prioritization and decision-making by identifying trade-offs and aligning to strategic objectives.\nCollaborate with People Team centers of excellence to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives.\nCoordinate change management efforts to support adoption, communication, and sustained outcomes.\nQualifications:\nRelevant degree preferred.\n7 or more years of relevant experience required.\nExperience in HR and/or People strategy environments required.\nStrong strategic thinking with the ability to connect execution to long-term priorities.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.\nExcellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.\nExperience developing executive-level presentations and materials preferred.\nDemonstrated experience with program or project management methodologies preferred.\nWillingness to travel.\nEstimated Hiring Range:\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.\nThis position is also incentive eligible.\nVizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
