ThinkTek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.\r\nPosition Overview\r\nThe AI/ML SME serves as the Analytics Team Lead responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing capabilities supporting Concorde. This role transforms structured and unstructured data into actionable intelligence through predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead the analytics and AI/ML development team.\r\nDesign, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.\r\nDevelop supervised and unsupervised machine learning solutions.\r\nBuild Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities for unstructured data analysis.\r\nDevelop data pipelines supporting AI and advanced analytics.\r\nPerform statistical analysis using Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical languages.\r\nDevelop dashboards and visualizations supporting executive decision-making.\r\nCollaborate with data architects, developers, and business stakeholders.\r\nSupport Operations & Maintenance activities for existing analytics solutions.\r\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend enterprise implementation strategies.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nActive Secret Clearance.\r\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).\r\n5+ years of experience using Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical languages.\r\n2+ years developing custom Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.\r\n2+ years of Natural Language Processing (NLP) experience focused on unstructured data.\r\n3+ years of SQL database development and querying.\r\n2+ years developing data visualizations using modern BI tools.\r\nExperience manipulating and analyzing structured and unstructured datasets.\r\nStrong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and AI best practices.\r\nPay Range\r\nThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $175,846 – $230,798. This range is a good-faith estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
