This role will serve as a business matter expert to advise on Demand Planning & Forecasting and help create a data-informed and data-driven organization including:\n\nDevelop, review, and implementation of accurate forecasts for use in inventory replenishment for the assigned segment.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external partners to synthesize customer inputs, translate to forecast implementation, and measure the performance/outcome.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nContinuously track performance against the forecast to identify significant trends and deviations within the designated segment, leverage analytics to identify needed forecast changes.\n\nImplement necessary changes and effectively communicate these adjustments to internal partners.\n\nProactively collaborate with internal and external partners to understand potential assortment and demand changes that would be accompanying with upcoming holidays, events, and business shifts within the designated segment. Synthesize and analyze the inputs with system forecasts and historical patterns to develop the collaborative forecasts for implementation.
