This position is responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading and developing internal teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and teammates.\nThe Branch Manager will support the onboarding and ongoing management of new and at-risk clients to ensure strong partnerships, operational excellence, and alignment across Morales Group service offerings. This role partners closely with recruiting, client services, payroll, sales, safety, and leadership teams to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nOperational Leadership\nManage multiple priorities and projects while identifying barriers to productivity and implementing effective solutions.\nMonitor branch and client performance metrics to ensure operational success, client satisfaction, and service excellence.\nAssist in workforce planning and allocation of human capital resources to support client needs.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.\nMonitor staffing solutions and operational performance to ensure services are delivered effectively and within budget expectations.\nAnalyze branch financial performance, including cost analysis, profitability, gross margin improvement, and expense management.\nCollaborate with executive leadership to support scalable operational systems, processes, and team structures aligned with company growth objectives.\nMaintain accountability for key operational metrics.\nClient Relations & Business Development\nPartner with sales and client services teams to strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.\nSupport business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client partnerships.\nLead and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.\nAddress escalated client concerns and develop solutions that support long-term partnership success.\nFacilitate new onsite launches, expansions, and market entries.\nSupport organizational profitability, revenue growth, and business objectives through operational execution and customer partnership.\nTravel to client sites, meetings, trainings, and company events as needed.\nEnsure completion of client onboarding requirements including safety tours, client setup documentation, and risk management programs.\nLeadership & Team Development\nPartner closely with the Director of Operations and leadership team to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.\nProvide day-to-day leadership that reflects the mission, vision, and core values of Morales Group.\nLead, coach, and develop branch team members to foster engagement, accountability, and high performance.\nRecruit, interview, and recommend internal talent to build and retain a strong operations team.\nAssess team strengths and development opportunities to effectively assign responsibilities and drive performance.\nManage team schedules, workflows, and operational priorities.\nMaintain strong communication and collaboration across all departments.\nProvide timely and accurate operational reporting to leadership.\nFoster a positive, ethical, and solutions-oriented work environment.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and the organization’s Code of Business Conduct.\nReport hazardous conditions or safety concerns immediately.\nThe Qualities:\nStrong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.\nFinancial and operational acumen, including experience managing budgets, profitability, and performance metrics.\nKnowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws preferred.\nStaffing industry or workforce management experience preferred.\nBilingual skills are a plus, but not required.\nMorales Group Benefits:\nHealth insurance – Medical, vision, dental and life insurance plans available.\nDisability Insurance – Short-term and long-term coverage.\nPaid Baby Bonding Time – because family is important.\nCompetitive PTO (Paid Time Off)\n401k Plan -
