Lifting large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies all weighing 50 lbs or more.\nRequires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required\nThe ability to work through change & be able to be flexible all while keeping a close eye on what's cooking!\nA love of rising before the sun comes up - all Pastry Chef shifts start at EARLY.
