This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing organization and contribute to the future of banking technology.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDesign and implement data architectures for Payments and Merchant Services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance\r\nDevelop data models (relational, dimensional, NoSQL) to support business requirements\r\nLead the development of ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Informatica, DBT, Talend, ADF, and Glue\r\nImplement data streaming solutions using technologies like Kafka, Event Hub, and Kinesis\r\nEstablish and maintain data governance policies and procedures\r\nCollaborate with data engineers and other technology professionals to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions\r\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members\r\nStay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and payments\r\nEnsure compliance with data security and privacy regulations\r\nWork with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\r\n12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture\r\nProven experience in Commercial Banking, specifically within Payments or Merchant Services domains\r\nDeep knowledge of payment instruments and rails: ACH, Wires, RTP, SWIFT, card networks, tokenization\r\nHands-on experience with data modeling (relational, dimensional, NoSQL)\r\nProficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and PySpark\r\nExperience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, DBT, Talend, ADF, Glue, etc.)\r\nExperience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Event Hub, Kinesis)\r\nFamiliarity with MDM, metadata management, and data lineage tools\r\nSolid understanding of data security and compliance frameworks\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\r\nAdditional Information\r\nThis role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
