We are looking for a Cutting Associate to join our growing organization and help fabricate quality glass products for our customers.\nJob Overview\nAs a Cutting Associate, you will play a vital role in fabricating quality glass and materials for our customers. Your reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic directly support our commitment to quality and exceptional customer service.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperate Cutting and Movetro Systems.\nManage optimization and cutting software.\nFollow production and quality standards.\nReport and document production issues.\nPerform routine maintenance and safety checks.\nSafely handle and break out glass.\nIdentify and label glass accurately.\nOrganize and transport materials.\nMaintain production quality.\nPerform daily maintenance and safety checks.\nOperate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to fabricate products according to specifications.\nInspect finished products using tools such as measuring tape to ensure quality standards are met.\nCollaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet production targets.\nSkills & Requirements\n\nExperience in glass cutting, assembly line operations, or a manufacturing setting is preferred.\nAbility to lift minimum 75 pounds repeatedly.\nMechanical knowledge of troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor adjustments.\nFamiliarity with press operations and tooling concepts.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.\nPrevious experience in a warehouse setting, including packaging responsibilities.\nMust pass a pre-employment drug screening\nMust pass a background check\nSchedule & Pay\nMonday – Friday, 12 PM – 8:30 PM\nOvertime as needed\nStarting pay: $17/hour\nMajor holidays off\nWhy Join AGF Glass?\nWhen you join AGF Glass, you’re not just taking a job — you’re becoming part of a team that values integrity, commitment, teamwork, and putting the customer first.
