Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.\nIn the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nManage complex customer engagement or product programs under the supervision of the VP of Product Management and Marketing.\n\nLead cross-functional core team including project managers, sales, product managers, R&D and Operation team members to develop program timeline consistent with business strategy and expectations.\n\nDrive program execution per milestone commitments (program timeline) to customers and achieve business objectives.\n\nIdentify potential roadblocks early and lead the team to develop and implement counter measures; Identify opportunities for improving overall performance of the program.\n\nDevelop plans with core team members to eliminate and/or mitigate risk. If risks cannot be mitigated within the core team, determine appropriate means to communicate and elevate issues to appropriate individuals within the organization.\n\nInterface with appropriate internal and external resources (regulatory, customers, etc.) to ensure development programs meet regulatory and customer requirements.\n\nCommunicate with all levels of the organization the objectives, status, risks, and needs for the program.\n\nTracks and forecasts divisional customer and product projects for new product positioning and new business expansion.\n\nEducation And Experience Required\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or physics; graduate degree or MBA is a plus.\n\nEnd-to-end program management experience in Engineering or R&D within a semiconductor chip or equipment companies.\n\nDemonstrated experience collaborating with program stakeholders (client and internal), end-users, business partners, and technical team members to ensure proper systems and plan alignment.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels in the organization.\n\nPrevious experience working in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.\n\nProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project.\n\nProgram/Project Management certifications preferred but not required.\n\n*The target salary range for this job is approximately $185,000 to $200,000 annually.*\n\nJob summaries account for a range of qualifications, skills, and experience that can be considered.
