This includes recruiting, hiring, and training a store team to achieve an exceptional customer experience.\n\nTo be successful in this role the role you will:\n\nInspire store team to achieve their best performance\nExecute to maximize growth and potential\nCreate an engaged and inclusive store environment\nElevate the customer experience through operational excellence\nExceed customer expectations in all interactions\nLeadership:\n\nleads store staff in meeting sales, service, and operational expectations.\nSets clear performance expectations and makes sure store team is trained in sales, customer service, and operations to meet company standard.\nModels company values and leads by example as an active coach.\nCommunicates priorities and sales driving information effectively to ensure store staff is equipped to maximize business opportunities.\nGuides team to identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity.\nTakes the lead role in recruiting for store and embraces diversity by creating an inclusive store environment.\nPerformance:\n\nAchieves store business plans, including sales, customer service and operational goals.\nDevelops game plans and follows up on execution to maximize sales and drive consistent performance results.\nPartners and presents opportunities with fact-based information and recommendations while leveraging data (store reports) to make the right decisions.\nParticipates in driving business outreach opportunities and communicates leads to Multi-Unit Manager and Business Outreach team.\nIdentifies performance opportunities and partners with Regional Manager to develop a plan to address and manage issues effectively.\nOperational Excellence:\n\nEnsures store schedule accuracy to ensure proper staffing to effectively execute initiatives, Ship-from-Store, operational tasks and maintains proper sales coverage to deliver on the customer promise.\nEnsures store staff is trained on all internal operational functions.\nStays informed on corporate communication, directives, initiatives, policies, and procedures.\nImplements store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.\nWorkplace:\n\nCreate an engaged and inclusive store environment where opinions and contributions are recognized and valued.\nCreate a culture of learning and development, ensuring training tools are leveraged.\nServes as a role model to all store team members and provide enthusiastic motivational leadership.\nCreates a steady pipeline of external talent through recruitment.\nHolds regular store meetings ensuring all store team members are up to date with all company directives.\nCustomer Experience:\n\nEnsures store team is trained on the customer service expectations and creates an exceptional customer experience.\nLeads store team to exceed customer expectations and achieve a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).\nLeverages all customer feedback to take appropriate actions and prevent or resolve customer concerns.\nEnsures the store is visually set to brand standards and marketing initiatives are executed per company direction.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 3-years’ experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.\nCreative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.\nSelf-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.\nStrong organizational and leadership skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.\nProficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.\nAbility to operate a computer and POS System.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\n• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.\n\nYou may have the opportunity to voluntarily work between multiple store or site locations, and across multiple brands.\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions\n\nOur company celebrates diversity and provides equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, religion, veteran or military status, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, or any other protected status under the law.\nPay Range\n$24-$32/hour\nWe take into consideration an individual's skills, background and experience determining salary.
