Job Opening: Shift Leader at The Family Clothesline Location: 352 E. College Ave, State College, PA, 16801 Join our fun, friendly team! The Family Clothesline is seeking Full/Part-Time Shift Leaders with flexible schedules. Part-time positions are ideal for stay-at-home parents (work while your kids are at school and be home when they arrive!) or someone looking for an extra side income. Position Details: · Full-Time: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday daytime hours · Part-Time: Up to 25 hours/week, Monday-Friday, daytime hours · Saturday early morning availability during Penn State home football games · Responsibilities: o Deliver exceptional customer service. o Operate registers, process returns/exchanges, restock the sales floor. o Train new staff and ensure they understand policies. o Maintain store organization and cleanliness. o Manage specific department duties for merchandising and stock. o Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50lbs.
