From that point forward, we strive to deliver results that are expected by our clients.\n\nThe Atlanta Office in Alpharetta, GA is looking for a General Liability Associate to join our growing team.\n\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nConduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.\nDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.\nRepresent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.\nCollaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.\nMaintain billable hours as necessary.\nManage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.\nAssist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial when and where necessary.\n\nPosition Requirements:\nJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing in Georgia.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in litigation (judicial clerks will be considered).\nExperience in General Liability Defense work preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.\nMust be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.\n\nCipriani & Werner P.C. offers a comprehensive benefit package.
