Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Uniformed Division Officer located in Dallas, TX. The Uniformed Division Officer will be tasked with maintaining a secure environment while ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and property. Responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points, managing security equipment, providing assistance during emergencies, and upholding company protocols. Qualifications Experience in security operations, including patrols and access controlStrong attention to detail, observation skills, and ability to respond effectively to potential threatsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing interactions with staff, visitors, and other stakeholdersUnderstanding of security equipment and technologies, including surveillance systemsAbility to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations with professionalismPrior experience in law enforcement, security, or military is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications such as CPR or First Aid are a plusWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
