We're on an aggressive growth trajectory and looking for people hungry to tackle the largest energy challenges on the planet.\r\nAbout This Role This opportunity is for a 10-week internship position. You will be primarily assigned to the Operations team and will interface with several other groups within the organization. This role is to ensure all project systems, documentation, and technical configurations are validated and operational prior to handoff. Your experience will touch on several aspects of renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, battery storage (BESS), high voltage facilities, and possibly NG power generation and Data Centers.\r\nWhat You'll Do Responsible for the expansion and upkeep of the Team's Intranet site\r\nAssist with project onboarding and the organization of project deliverables\r\nPrepare a Master Inventory / Database of field assets\r\nHelp with the development of a standard equipment maintenance plan\r\nAid with the initial configuration of department software\r\nAssist with the creation of an electronic warranty management system\r\nWhat You'll Bring You are highly organized and proactive, with a structured approach to managing multiple workflows. You are a student working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. You have:\r\nAn understanding of the fundamentals of renewable energy project lifecycles\r\nFamiliarity with cloud-based productivity platforms such as Google Workspace\r\nStrong computer skills, experience with the development and set-up of various computer applications, and preferably exposure to basic scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, or Apps Script)\r\nGood troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to documentation\r\nClear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset that builds trust with teammates\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote work environment\r\nDuration: 10 weeks\r\nProgram Dates: June 1 - August 14\r\nLocation: Interns are expected to work in-person from our San Francisco office\r\nMentorship: Each intern will receive guidance from experienced professionals throughout the program\r\nCapstone Presentation: Interns will present their final project to executive leadership at the end of the program\r\nCompensation $35 USD per hour for undergraduate students.\r\n$45 USD per hour for graduate students.\r\nApplicants must be authorized to work in Canada or the US.
