The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Apprentice Tempo MES. Candidates with strong Emerson Syncade MES experience may also be considered if Tempo experience is unavailable.The selected consultant will be responsible for configuring and supporting Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions, developing Electronic Batch Records (eBR), integrating MES with enterprise systems, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with GxP standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, develop, and support Apprentice Tempo MES solutions.Configure and maintain Electronic Batch Records (eBR) for Drug Product Manufacturing.Develop modular, scalable, and reusable MES recipes and equipment workflows following ISA-88 and ISA-95 standards.Gather business and manufacturing requirements and translate them into MES functional solutions.Perform impact assessments for recipe modifications and system updates while maintaining GxP compliance.Troubleshoot and resolve MES configuration, recipe, and integration issues through root cause analysis.Support integrations between MES and enterprise applications including ERP, LIMS, and automation systems.Work with OPC, REST APIs, or other integration technologies to support manufacturing connectivity.Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and manufacturing data visualization solutions.Participate in technical transfer activities for new products and manufacturing processes.Provide day-to-day production support and assist during critical manufacturing activities, including occasional off-hours support when required.Participate in Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, testing, documentation, and change control.Ensure compliance with GxP, GAMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Data Integrity, and company quality standards.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.Experience8+ years of overall IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing Systems experience.Hands-on experience with Apprentice Tempo MES is mandatory.Candidates with Emerson Syncade MES experience may be considered if Tempo MES experience is unavailable.2-4+ years of experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environments.Experience supporting Drug Product Manufacturing.Experience developing and maintaining
